Phrases to strengthen our children and their resolve.

As parents, we want to raise our children to be confident, kind, and resilient. One way we can do this is by using words that encourage and strengthen them. Here are some examples of words we can use to help our kids feel empowered and capable:

1. "You can do it!" - This simple phrase can give our kids the confidence they need to tackle challenges and reach their goals.

2. "I believe in you." Hearing that someone believes in them can motivate our kids to keep going, even when things get tough.

3. "You are capable." - Reminding our kids of their abilities can help them feel empowered and confident in their skills and talents.

4. "I'm proud of you." - Letting our kids know that we're proud of their efforts and accomplishments can help boost their self-esteem and sense of worth.

5. "You are important to me." Knowing they are valued and loved can give our kids a sense of security and belonging.

By using these and other positive words, we can help our kids develop a strong sense of self-worth and resilience that will serve them well throughout their lives.
